Refund policy

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Fee: A return shipping fee of ₹100/- will apply to all returns, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

How to Start a Return:

• To start a return, simply click the "View your order" link in your original order confirmation email to access your order status page.

• If you have an account with us, you can also log in and initiate the request through your order history.

Refunds:

• For Prepaid Orders: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (minus the ₹100 return fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Once your return is received and inspected, our support team will contact you via email or phone to collect your bank account details or UPI ID to process your refund (minus the ₹100 return fee) via bank transfer or UPI.
